Returns
Free returns within 30 days of your purchase, except on Final Sale items. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, just send us an e-mail at team@maxtonmen.com, and we'll shoot you a prepaid return mailing label. You must have all the original packaging (tags, boxes, etc) for the item, and the item must be in new and unused condition.Once we receive your item back, it takes 5-7 business days for us to issue you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
We ship items soon after you order them, so unfortunately we can't guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it's shipped. You're welcome to contact us though at team {at} maxtonmen {dot} com, and we'll do everything we can to help you.
